Good Company left Early Access and launched as version 1.0 on June 21, 2022. Following launch, the developer (Chasing Carrots) outlined a post-release plan in August 2022 focused on two areas: modding support and quality-of-life improvements. That modding update eventually shipped on July 1, 2024 as version 1.1, which introduced mod.io integration, a set of pre-installed mods, and a new challenge mode. A hotfix for a bug introduced in that update was also released the same day. Since July 1, 2024, there have been no further developer communications, patch notes, or content announcements. The game has no unreleased DLC listed on the store. The post-release update history is sparse — only one meaningful content patch (version 1.1) shipped in the roughly two years since the 1.0 launch — and no ongoing update cadence has been established. The 2022 post-release plan described the modding and QoL work as the near-term focus, and the July 2024 update appears to have delivered on that. No further content has been announced or promised since that update shipped. With no outstanding commitments, no announced future content, no unreleased DLC, and no developer communication since July 1, 2024, the game appears to have reached its completed state with the 1.1 update.
