Snow Plowing Simulator - First Snow is a free-to-play prologue that launched on January 23, 2024. On May 31, 2024, the developer explicitly announced that this prologue would no longer be developed. The team explained that code changes had grown so significant that they decided to move all development effort to a separate full game (Snow Plowing Simulator, App ID 2096030), which entered Early Access instead of receiving further prologue updates. Players were directed to that full game going forward.
All subsequent developer activity — including a March 2025 roadmap, a June 2025 full release, an August 2025 demo update, a September 2025 Ski Resort DLC announcement, and an August 2026 community event — concerns the separate full game, not this prologue. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no roadmap items, and no developer statements indicating any further content or updates are planned for First Snow itself.
