Evaluation

Sonic Forces launched on November 7, 2017 and received a small batch of DLC content over its first six weeks. Six DLC packs were released in total: costume packs and the Episode Shadow story add-on shipped on launch day (November 7, 2017), the Sanic T-Shirts DLC followed on November 27, 2017, and the Super Sonic DLC — the last piece of content — arrived on December 22, 2017. All six listed DLC items are marked as released, and none are pending. The developer news section contains no posts about future updates, additional content, or ongoing development. No further content has been announced or delivered since December 2017. The game launched as a complete product and its post-launch content cycle concluded within weeks of release.
