Soulstice launched on September 19, 2022 as a complete action-adventure game. The developer shipped several post-launch patches addressing performance, camera, and gameplay issues, culminating in a substantial feature update (1.0.4) on December 30, 2022. On June 20, 2023, Reply Game Studios released a free content update (version 1.1.0) adding a playable Transcendent State form for Briar and a new Mindfield training arena — the only major content expansion the game has received. All three DLC items listed on the store (the original soundtrack, an artbook, and the Ashen Blade Item Pack) were released the day after launch in September 2022. No DLC remains unreleased. There have been no developer communications since the June 20, 2023 update — now nearly three years ago — and no announcements of future content, expansions, or additional updates. The game launched as a self-contained story-driven title with no season pass or ongoing content structure, and the post-launch update history shows a single wave of content support that has concluded.

About this game
The balance of the Holy Kingdom of Keidas is compromised when powerful, feral creatures known as “Wraiths” invade from the other side of the Veil, threatening to consume the living. Wraiths corrupt their victims and can even possess their bodies, turning into unstoppable monsters that prey upon the common folk. The “Chimeras”, hybrid warriors born of the union of two souls, are the only ones who can protect humankind.
Briar and Lute are two sisters who have been reborn as a Chimera. The transformation has granted Briar superhuman strength and resilience, while Lute, sacrificed to bind her soul to her sister’s, has become a shade with mystical powers. Voiced by Stefanie Joosten (Metal Gear Solid 5), Briar and Lute are sent on a mission to reclaim a city in ruins that has been ravaged by the Wraiths, only to discover that the Order they belong to has a far more complex plan in mind.
