Space Cycle

Space Cycle launched on October 29, 2024 as a complete 1.0 release. Following launch, Some Sugar Studio maintained an active update cadence through early 2025, shipping several feature updates: Endless Mode (November 15, 2024), Free Mode with Legendary Turrets (December 12, 2024), new Advanced Levels (December 28, 2024), and further quality-of-life and content patches through V1.15 on March 4, 2025. The last update on record is V1.15 on March 4, 2025, which added a new legendary turret. Since then, the developer's attention appears to have shifted — on August 7, 2025, they announced a new game, "Mech Fortress," with a store page now live on Steam. There have been no further Space Cycle updates or content announcements since March 4, 2025, and no developer statements indicate future content is planned for the game. The post-launch update run appears to have concluded, with the developer now focused on their next project.
