Space Warlord Organ Trading Simulator launched on December 7, 2021 and received a steady stream of post-launch content updates. The developer shipped several feature patches and content expansions: the First Big Content Update (January 15, 2022), the Harvester Update (January 27, 2022), the Quiet Ending Update (April 11, 2022), and the Bean Bone Update (July 25, 2022) — which also announced upcoming crossover content with Inscryption, Bugsnax, and Among Us. All three of those promised crossovers were delivered in the Omega Update on June 27, 2023, which also added new endings, quests, events, and full Steam Workshop modding support. The developer's next communication about the Space Warlord universe came on December 8, 2025, when Strange Scaffold announced Space Warlord Baby Trading Simulator — a separate, standalone game set in the same universe that launched on January 29, 2026. That new game is a distinct product, not additional content for Organ Trading Simulator. The original game shipped as a complete experience at launch, received a meaningful post-launch content cycle, and the Omega Update closed out all stated development commitments. The game is now a finished product with no announced future content.
