Spark the Electric Jester 3 launched on August 14, 2022. The developer shipped one notable free update on November 17, 2022, adding all stages from Spark the Electric Jester 2 into the game. That appears to be the only major content addition post-launch. Since then, developer communications have been limited to platform news and maintenance: a February 2025 post confirmed the game had released on Nintendo Switch and announced upcoming Xbox Series and PS5 ports (handled by a third-party porting studio, FreakZone Games), and an October 2025 post applied a Unity security patch. Neither the console port announcements nor the security patch represent new game content — they are platform availability expansions and maintenance work. No new content has been announced, no unreleased DLC is listed, and the developer has made no statements suggesting additional story content, expansions, or updates are planned.
