On January 1, 2026, the developer announced that a new content update was actively in the works, promising new playable characters with dedicated weapons, a new 'Score Attack' game mode, and various quality-of-life improvements — with further details expected "in the coming weeks." This was followed by a balance hotfix on January 24, 2026, which is the last communication from the developer on record. As of June 15, 2026, more than five months have passed since that January 1 announcement with no follow-up details, no release, and no further developer posts of any kind. The promised content has not shipped and the developer has not provided any update on its status. This gap — especially given the explicit "more details coming soon" language — raises genuine uncertainty about whether this planned content is still actively being developed.
