SpellForce 2 - Anniversary Edition is a repackaged release of the original SpellForce 2 – Shadow Wars and its add-on Dragon Storm, bundled with technical improvements. The game originally launched on October 29, 2009, and was updated to the Anniversary Edition in April 2017 with multiplayer fixes, widescreen support, engine improvements, and modernized compatibility. That April 2017 update was the last meaningful developer work on this specific title. The only DLC on record is a Soundtrack released on April 19, 2017, and all DLC is fully released. There have been no further updates or announcements related to SpellForce 2 - Anniversary Edition since April 2017.
