Spoiler Alert launched on June 30, 2014 as a complete comedy platformer with 100 levels across 4 worlds. Shortly after launch, on July 4, 2014, the developer posted about plans to add free new worlds and additional content to address feedback about the game's short length. However, no such updates ever materialized — the only post-launch content ever released was a standalone soundtrack DLC on February 6, 2020. There have been no developer communications since the early launch period, no additional worlds or game content were added, and no further updates are visible. The game has been in this state for well over a decade. Despite the 2014 promise of future content, the developer's actions — sustained silence and no delivered updates — indicate the game shipped as a finished product and received no substantive post-launch content beyond the soundtrack release.
