S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky originally launched on September 15, 2008. On May 20, 2025, GSC Game World released the S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy Enhanced Edition, which brought upgraded visuals (improved lighting, enhanced textures and models, 4K cinematics), Steam Deck support, Steam Workshop mod integration, cloud saves, achievements, and full gamepad support to all three classic S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games including Clear Sky. Existing owners received the Enhanced Edition free of charge. This represents the definitive packaged release of the game. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no announced future content for Clear Sky specifically, and the Enhanced Edition upgrade constitutes a completed, polished re-release. The developer has not communicated any further content plans for Clear Sky beyond this enhanced release.
