Statues launched on October 27, 2015 as a self-contained survival-horror/action-adventure game. The store description presents it as a complete product with 7 locations, different enemy types, and a psychological thriller story — no mention of planned expansions, post-launch content, or ongoing development. The last update specifically for Statues was a feature patch on December 13, 2015 (version 1.06), which added key rebinding, graphics optimization, and Japanese language support. There have been no further updates to this game since then. The developer's news posts from 2019 onward are entirely focused on their other titles — Half Dead 2 and Half Dead 3 — not Statues. Room710Games has been active as a studio (most recently confirming Half Dead 3 development in April 2021), but none of that activity relates to Statues. The game launched as a finished product and received one post-launch patch before development activity on it ceased entirely.
