Stay! Stay! Democratic People's Republic of Korea! launched on May 11, 2017. The developer shipped an adult patch (referred to as the "Glorious Waifu Edition" patch) on June 22, 2017, alongside a standalone soundtrack DLC — the only DLC listed for the game, which has since been released. The September 15, 2017 news post from the developer was an announcement for a separate, new game (Bunka no Kenkyu), with no mention of additional content planned for Stay! Stay! DPRK. There have been no developer communications about this game since September 2017. The game launched as a complete visual novel with a defined set of routes and endings, the one DLC (the soundtrack) has shipped, and the developer's subsequent communications focused entirely on their next project. The game is complete as shipped.
