Streets of Fury EX

Streets of Fury EX launched on June 25, 2015 and has received a series of free content updates over the years. The developer added new characters and gameplay systems in the FURYOUS update (December 14, 2015), the Kakuto Update (March 17, 2017), and the Awesome Update (August 25, 2018). After that August 2018 update, the game went quiet for several years with no further major content. Then, to celebrate the game's 10th anniversary, Guard Crush released a substantial free update on January 26, 2026 — branded "The Come Back in 10 Years Update" — adding a new Tag Battle mode and new playable characters in collaboration with Joueur Du Grenier. A follow-up patch on February 11, 2026 completed the celebration by making two additional characters (Joueur du Grenier and Seb du Grenier) fully playable. The framing of the 10th anniversary update as the culmination of a long-standing promise ("come back in 10 years"), combined with the February 11, 2026 follow-up explicitly described as "completing" the anniversary update, strongly suggests this was a self-contained celebratory release rather than the start of a new ongoing content cycle. The developer has not announced any further content or future plans beyond this package. No unreleased DLC is listed on the store. The game appears to be a complete product with its content development now concluded.
