STRIDE: Fates launched on May 16, 2024 as a full-release VR parkour action game — a sequel to the original STRIDE. The developer, Joy Way, shipped two post-launch feature updates in the months following release: a June 13, 2024 patch (v1.15) that replaced AI-generated assets with original artwork and voice acting, and an August 8, 2024 update (v1.16) that delivered enhanced climbing mechanics, improved weapon interactions, new gun skins, and a range of bug fixes. These updates reflect a responsive post-launch polish phase rather than a sustained content expansion program. There is only one major content event in the news feed — the launch itself on May 16, 2024. No DLC has been listed, no future content or roadmap has been announced, and there have been no developer communications since August 8, 2024.
