Strikers Edge launched on January 30, 2018 and received a burst of post-launch activity: several bug fix and feature patches in January and February 2018, a demo launch on February 16, 2018, and one meaningful content update on March 30, 2018 that added bots and gameplay modifiers. After that March 2018 update, all developer communication stopped entirely. The last official post of any kind was on March 30, 2018 — over eight years ago as of today. There are no unreleased DLC items listed on the store, no announced future content, no roadmap, and no developer statements indicating further development is planned. The game shipped as a complete package with 8 characters, 4 arenas, and single-player campaigns. The brief post-launch patch window appears to have concluded in March 2018, and the game has been in a stable, finished state since then.
