Evaluation

Summer with Mia launched on March 25, 2021 as a complete adult visual novel. Shortly after launch, Inceton Games added post-launch bonus content including a gallery room, 14 bonus scenes, and 50 Steam achievements (April 7, 2021). The largest update came in December 2023, when the developer shipped "The Translationing" — a major localization update adding support for 23 languages and a voiced narrator, along with UI and visual improvements. A minor patch on July 18, 2025 addressed a narrator mute option, an updated splash screen, and translation bug fixes. The sole DLC — a 4K wallpaper pack — was released on June 26, 2023 and no unreleased DLC exists. The most recent news post (July 7, 2026) is an announcement for Inceton Games' new title, Lust Bound, launching on Steam Early Access — signaling the studio's focus has moved to new projects. There are no announced expansions, roadmaps, or stated plans for further content updates to Summer with Mia.
