Sunset Hills

Sunset Hills launched on August 20, 2024 and received post-launch support including a bug fix update in September 2024, a free content update in April 2025 expanding the Chapter 1 ending, and localization improvements in May 2025. The Wickel Chapter — the game's final and most substantial content addition — shipped on June 30, 2026 as a free update for all existing owners. Before its release, on June 5, 2026, the developer published a detailed letter confirming the chapter was fully developed and entering final testing. In that same letter, the developer stated explicitly: "after the Wickel update concludes, we do not currently have further update plans." A pre-launch FAQ posted June 16, 2026 reiterated this, describing Wickel as a "temporary stop" where the train carrying the story forward would pause, and noting that development constraints meant they could not commit to future chapters. The Wickel Chapter DLC was confirmed released on June 30, 2026. All four items in the DLC list — the Wallpaper Pack, Mini Soundtrack, Wickel Chapter, and Original Soundtrack — are now released. With the developer having explicitly stated no further content is planned after this final chapter, the game's content is complete as of June 30, 2026.
