Super Phantom Cat launched on Steam on April 24, 2019, graduating from a two-month Early Access period. The game shipped as a complete, self-contained retro platformer with five chapters, 35 levels, and a full original soundtrack. The only DLC ever released is the soundtrack pack, which came out on April 18, 2019 — before the full launch.
The developer has not posted any news updates since the launch announcement on April 25, 2019. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no roadmap, no season pass, and no announcements of future content. The February 2019 pre-launch post did mention aspirations to port the game to Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4, but that was a casual aside and no follow-up has ever been published. With over seven years of silence since the last developer communication, the game appears to have launched as a finished product with no further content planned or delivered.
