FEZ

FEZ launched on Steam on May 1, 2013 and received a series of patches over the following years. The developer, Renaud Bédard of Polytron Corporation, explicitly stated in the August 19, 2016 update post for version 1.12 that this was intended to be "the Last Update" — noting that he had "little intention of making additional fixes or features to the game" due to personal commitments and that working on FEZ after 9 years was "getting old." He described version 1.12 as his "last time" working on the game. This is a clear, direct developer statement that active development has concluded. No new content, DLC (beyond the already-released soundtrack), or updates have been announced since that date. The game shipped as a complete, self-contained experience and the developer has formally closed the book on further development.
