SWARMRIDERS is a free arcade minigame released on June 15, 2016 by solo developer Walter Machado, explicitly described as "bonus content for the UBERMOSH community." The game shipped with a single DLC — an original soundtrack — which was released on September 8, 2016. All listed DLC has been released. The developer's news posts for this game are almost entirely cross-promotional announcements about other games in Walter Machado's broader catalog (BLOODSAINT, BULLETHELL, UBERMOSH series), rather than updates to SWARMRIDERS itself. The store description frames the game as a small, self-contained experience: "Players can expect a few minutes of elegant gameplay." There is no roadmap, no announced future content, and no unreleased DLC for SWARMRIDERS specifically. The most recent post tagged as major content for this Steam page (January 23, 2026) is actually an announcement for BLOODSAINT 2, a separate game — not new content for SWARMRIDERS. Similarly, the September 2019 development status post ("THE LAST UBERMOSH?") applies to the UBERMOSH series, not to SWARMRIDERS directly. SWARMRIDERS launched as a compact, finished product. Its only DLC (the soundtrack) shipped in September 2016, and no further content has been communicated for the game since then. The game is complete as originally designed.
