Tales From The Unending Void: Season 1

Tales From The Unending Void: Season 1 is a complete, self-contained visual novel that released on May 2, 2022, containing Episodes 1 through 12. The game launched as a finished product covering its intended story arc for Season 1. The developer had planned to continue the franchise with Season 2 and Season 3 as separate standalone games on Steam. However, on August 16, 2025, the developer announced that Season 2 had been rejected and banned by Steam after review, with no appeal process available. The developer explicitly stated this "is the end of the franchise of three seasons on Steam," and indicated they would pursue other storefronts for the remaining seasons. Season 2 subsequently launched on GOG.com on December 4, 2025 — but as a separate, standalone game, not as content for Season 1. Season 1 on Steam is therefore complete as its own product. Since Season 2, the developer has continued to issue maintenance patches for Season 1 (most recently on February 12, 2026), primarily addressing grammar fixes, translation updates, and bug fixes. These are routine maintenance updates, not new story content. The store description confirms the game contains Episodes 1 through 12, over 5,000 renders, and 60 achievements — all of which have been delivered. There is no unreleased DLC, no announced future content for Season 1 itself, and no indication the developer intends to add further content to this specific game.
