Talk to Strangers

Talk to Strangers launched on April 19, 2019 and received its one and only major content update — the "Afternoon Delights" DLC — on August 12, 2019. That update added a large volume of content including new house variations, 16 new endings, a secret house, 6 new achievements, Steam leaderboards, and a Russian translation. A patch post from May 23, 2019 had teased this free DLC, and the August 2019 release delivered on that promise. Since August 2019, there have been no further content updates, feature patches, or developer communications about new content for Talk to Strangers itself. The developer's more recent Steam posts — from March 2023, June 2023, and January 2025 — are focused entirely on their new game, Takara Cards, and the Switch port announcement for Talk to Strangers. None of these posts hint at additional content for Talk to Strangers. The June 2023 Nintendo Switch port announcement confirms the developer still has a commercial interest in the game, but a platform port does not indicate new content. The game appears to have shipped as a complete product with the Afternoon Delights update serving as its final content addition. No DLC, expansions, or future updates have been announced since then.
