Tap Heroes

Tap Heroes launched on June 5, 2015 as a casual clicker/RPG. The developer shipped post-launch patches and quality-of-life updates in the period following launch, but the game's content has not received major expansions. The only DLC ever released was the Original Soundtrack on September 19, 2017, which is a cosmetic/supplementary item rather than a gameplay content addition. All developer news posts from 2022 onward are focused on the developer's other projects: Plantera 2 (released April 12, 2023), No Life: Zombie Survivor (in development as of May 2026), Coco Block (free game, demo December 2025), Run Bird Run (announced November 2024), Boby and the Witch (demo May 2026), and Plantera 3 (in early planning). None of these posts announce new content for Tap Heroes. The most recent Tap Heroes-specific post (December 1, 2025) was a bug-fix update (v5.1) correcting a long-standing Steam achievement unlock issue — maintenance work only, not new content. The developer has not announced any future content, DLC, or expansions for Tap Heroes, and the store description presents the game as a complete package with a fixed feature set. The developer's attention has clearly moved on to other titles in their catalog. With only one released DLC (a soundtrack), no unreleased DLC, no roadmap or future content announcements for this game, and a developer actively working on several other separate projects, Tap Heroes is best understood as a finished product. The most recent datable content addition was the soundtrack DLC on September 19, 2017.
