The Bridge Curse: Road to Salvation launched on August 24, 2022 as a complete, standalone horror game adapted from a Taiwanese film. In the weeks following launch, the developer shipped a series of polish and bug-fix patches through November 2022, then activity on this title largely wound down. The developer's focus shifted to a sequel: a October 2023 Halloween sale post explicitly mentions "focusing on TBC2 development," and The Bridge Curse 2: The Extrication launched on Steam on May 9, 2024. The original game has only one DLC — an art book released the day after launch (August 25, 2022) — which has been available since then. No additional DLC has been announced or listed, and no roadmap or future content has ever been communicated for this title. A May 2025 anniversary post thanked players for their support, but contained no announcement of new content for the original game. The game's store description makes no mention of planned updates, seasonal content, or additional downloadable content beyond what has already been released. With the sequel now released, the developer's attention has clearly moved on. The original game launched as a complete narrative experience, received post-launch polish patches, and has received no substantive content additions since 2022. It is best understood as a finished product.
