The Bunker 69 released on November 1, 2019 as a complete visual novel / harem adventure game. Shortly after launch, on December 16, 2019, the developer shipped a small patch fixing errors and adding a gallery feature. A cosmetic Adults Only DLC was released on November 10, 2019. These are the only updates directly tied to this game.
Since late 2019, the developer's news feed has been entirely focused on new, separate projects — Otaku's Rage: Waifu Strikes Back (released February 2021), My Devil's Voice (released August 2022), and a demo for Sekira (March 2025). None of these posts reference any planned updates or future content for The Bunker 69. The game appears to have launched as a finished product, received one minor post-launch patch, and has had no developer communication about it since December 2019.

This is a harem comic adventure, where you can become acquainted with four girls - the residents of the bunker. They are surprisingly very pleased with their new guest. Perhaps this is because they’ve never seen anyone from the "surface"? Or is there something else?
