万象群侠传 launched its 1.0 version on January 22, 2026 after a period in Early Access. At launch, the developer published a detailed roadmap committing to significant post-launch content under the banner of the "Sichuan Chapter": the Tang Sect faction, the Qingcheng School faction, four new Sichuan regions, a new ending branch, and ten new companion characters — all promised to be fully delivered by end of 2026. The developer has been actively and consistently delivering on this roadmap. The Tang Sect faction was rolled out across multiple weekly updates between May 9 and June 5, 2026. Development has continued at a sustained weekly pace through the summer, with the most recent update (v1.3.17) published on September 11, 2026, adding new faction content, items, and characters. Critically, every recent update post — from August 14 through September 11, 2026 — explicitly confirms that the Qingcheng School (青城派) faction is currently in production and is expected to go live in October 2026. The developer also notes that the weekly update pace will be slightly reduced in the lead-up to that release in order to focus development effort on completing it. Additionally, a January 25, 2026 developer post announced that Creative Workshop (mod support) development has been formally started, with work ongoing alongside the main content updates. With the Qingcheng faction confirmed for October 2026, plus remaining Sichuan regions, a new ending branch, and additional companion characters still outstanding from the launch roadmap, there is a substantial and confirmed amount of content yet to ship. The developer is actively communicating on all of this as of today's date.
