Evaluation

The Golf Club 2 is no longer available for purchase on Steam — there are no active purchase options on the store. The game launched on June 27, 2017 and received three feature patches in its first few months (July, August, and September 2017), all focused on bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements. The last recorded developer communication was on September 28, 2017. No major content updates, expansions, or DLC were ever released, and no future content was announced. The developer, HB Studios, subsequently moved on to release The Golf Club 2019 featuring PGA TOUR, which effectively succeeded this title. With the game removed from sale and no developer activity since late 2017, this title has reached the end of its commercial life.
