The Great Perhaps launched on August 14, 2019 as a complete, self-contained puzzle adventure game. The developer, Caligari Games, has never announced any post-launch DLC or additional content for the game. In a September 15, 2022 post announcing their follow-up title Whateverland, Caligari Games explicitly explained that The Great Perhaps was not updated after launch — not by choice, but due to restrictions in their publisher's (Daedalic Entertainment) terms and conditions. This confirms that the lack of post-launch support was a contractual matter, not a sign of ongoing development. The game shipped as a finished product and has received no additional content.
