The Islander: Town Architect launched on December 12, 2019. Three days later, on December 15, 2019, the developer shipped a small follow-up patch adding three island maps, two new localizations, and minor bug fixes. That patch represents the last developer communication on record. There is no DLC, no roadmap, no announced future content, and no post-launch content update history beyond that initial patch. The game was released as a finished, self-contained product with no post-launch content cycle established. All activity ceased in December 2019, and there has been no developer communication since then. The game is complete as shipped.
