The Last Stand: Aftermath launched on November 16, 2021 as a complete, premium singleplayer rogue-lite with no post-launch content roadmap or season pass. After launch, Con Artist Games shipped two notable updates: Patch 1.1 on April 11, 2022 (adding new buildings, locations, weapons, and inventory systems) and the anniversary v1.2 update on November 16, 2022 (adding new weapons, seven new maps, two new location types, and Steam trading cards). The v1.2 anniversary post framed the update as a thank-you gift to the community, not the start of an ongoing content cadence. No further updates to The Last Stand: Aftermath have been posted since November 16, 2022. Developer communications since then — from February through April 2025 — have been entirely focused on announcing and launching a separate, unrelated game (Warfare Legacy Collection), with no mention of any additional content planned for Aftermath. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no announced expansions, and no developer statements about future Aftermath content. It's Dangerous Out There
You'll need to stay on your toes, since hordes of zombies still roam the streets, and you're no superhuman. In fact, you're one of the infected yourself, and eventually you'll die, be it from the hostile undead or the virus rampaging through your body. But when that happens, you'll pick up the game again as a new survivor, with perks and upgrades earned based on your progress from the last, and set out to try again.- Sneak and fight your way through a dangerous post-apocalyptic wasteland
