Evaluation

The Legend of Heroes: Sen no Kiseki IV launched on Steam on December 22, 2021 as the explicitly described "final chapter" of the Sen no Kiseki series. The store description and short description both emphasize this is the concluding entry in the saga, and the game title itself includes "-THE END OF SAGA-". The developer issued two small bug-fix patches in the days immediately following launch (December 23 and December 28, 2021) to address technical issues, and communication has been silent since. All six DLC items are released, with the most recent — the Additional Contents Pack — shipping on February 6, 2025. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no announced future content, and no developer roadmap or roadmap hints suggesting additional updates are planned. The game shipped as a complete, finished RPG and has received no major content updates since launch. February 6, 2025 represents the last date on which any new content was added to the game.

Evidence

The Additional Contents Pack released on February 6, 2025 — the most recent DLC for the game. All six DLC items are released with no unreleased entries remaining.
