The Pit: Infinity

The Pit: Infinity left Early Access and officially launched on November 12, 2019. Following launch, the developer released two paid DLC character classes: the Healer on February 7, 2020, and the Juggernaut on August 26, 2020. Both DLC are fully released, and no additional DLC or expansions are listed on the store. After the Juggernaut shipped, the developer continued issuing feature patches and bug fixes — including updates in May 2020, June 2021, December 2021, and February 2022 — but these were balancing and quality-of-life improvements rather than new content expansions. Notably, a June 2021 patch note stated that the team would "continue to update PI, though less frequently than the first year the game came out," signaling a wind-down from active content development to lighter maintenance. The last recorded developer communication of any kind is the February 4, 2022 patch. Since then — more than four years as of today, June 27, 2026 — there have been no further posts, announcements, or updates. With both DLC shipped, no unreleased content listed, no roadmap or future content teased after the Juggernaut release, and an extended period of complete silence, the game appears to have concluded its content lifecycle. The completion date is pegged to the release of the final DLC on August 26, 2020, which represented the last meaningful content addition to the game.
