The Rule of Land: Pioneers entered Steam Early Access on September 9, 2020 and officially launched as version 1.0 on July 18, 2023. The developer's 1.0 launch post explicitly stated that "the EA version of the game has ended and has been officially updated to the full version V1.0." During Early Access, the game received several feature updates and two notable new game modes (Anomalous Mode in December 2020, and Alone Mode in April 2022), before the final 1.0 release added a free editing mode. No news posts, DLC listings, roadmaps, or announcements indicate any further content is planned after the 1.0 launch. The developer has not communicated any updates since July 18, 2023 — over two and a half years before today's date of June 25, 2026. The game appears to have launched as a complete product at 1.0, with no post-launch content cycle established.

Fifty years later, it was thought that the disaster was over and that the surface could survive. So they organized a survival competition back to the surface. A group of brave pioneers took part in the surface survival competition. You are one of them.
The game has a real survival experience, restore a large number of real wilderness survival details!
In the game, players can hunt, collect, build, synthesize, plant, cook, mine, smelt, make wine, trade, explore, take in refugees, raise animals, treat diseases, maintain ecological balance and fight against other virtual characters!
