Through the Ages launched on Steam on March 26, 2018 and received one paid expansion — New Leaders and Wonders — which released on September 12, 2019. That expansion is the only DLC listed on the store, and it has fully shipped. The developer has not announced any additional content, roadmaps, or future DLC since that release.
Since the expansion launched, the developer's activity has been limited to maintenance: feature patches for quality-of-life improvements (replay mode, 64-bit Mac support, AI options in online play) and routine bug fixes. The most recent posts — on May 20, 2025 and June 5, 2025 — are minor bug fix patches, consistent with ongoing maintenance of a stable, complete product.
