Time Walker: Dark World

Time Walker: Dark World launched its full 1.0 version on November 29, 2023, after a period of early access development. The 1.0 release was substantial, bringing 2 new heroes, 20 new abilities, a new map, new bosses, achievements, and a new game mode framework. Shortly after launch, on February 7, 2024, the developer shipped a named major update (version 1.1.0.5) adding Endless Mode along with a large batch of new EX abilities — the game's only confirmed post-launch major content release. This was followed by a balancing and quality-of-life patch on March 22, 2024 (version 1.1.0.16), which adjusted Endless Mode, optimized UI, and fixed bugs. That March 22, 2024 patch is the last developer communication on record. Since March 22, 2024, there have been no further news posts, patches, or developer announcements. The only subsequent activity visible is a promotional discount announcement in April 2025 (advertising a Labor Day sale starting May 1, 2025), which is a store marketing post rather than a development update. No new content, roadmap, or future plans have been communicated since the March 2024 patch. With only one post-launch major content release on record and no developer communication about future content since March 22, 2024 — now over two years ago — there is no sustained update cadence to suggest ongoing development. The developer has not announced any upcoming content, and the silence has extended well beyond what any reasonable update pattern would suggest. The sole DLC (a Supporter Pack released December 13, 2023) is a cosmetic/support item with no unreleased DLC listed. The game appears to have reached its completed state with the Endless Mode update and subsequent polish patch in early 2024.
