Tiny Bunny completed its original episodic release on December 5, 2025, when Episode 5 launched as the full 1.0 release — delivering 20 endings and concluding the main story. However, the developer's work has continued well beyond that point. After carefully studying community feedback in the weeks following launch, developer Saikono announced on February 8, 2026 a major overhaul called "Tiny Bunny: Rebuild." This is not a patch or cosmetic update — it involves a new scenario writer, fundamentally reworked lore rooted in the game's shamanistic and taiga mystery elements, improved narrative continuity across all episodes, a complete ground-up rebuild of Episode 5, and new artwork throughout. The original version of the game will remain playable as a "Beta" version. Progress on the Rebuild has been steady and well-documented. On March 2, 2026, the developer reported finishing all Episode 1 revisions with the new writer and moving on to Episode 2. On May 1, 2026, a smaller feature update shipped adding an Ending Gallery to the current version of the game. Most recently, on August 18, 2026, the developer announced that Episode 2 of the Rebuild is fully complete and work on Episode 3 is underway. The developer also noted that a first draft of the entire Rebuild already exists and that they have begun visual work on Episode 5 to accelerate development. Rather than releasing the Rebuild episode by episode, the team has decided to release the complete rebuilt game all at once when it is ready. Both released DLC items — the Manga Vol. 1 (June 2025) and the Full Soundtrack (2021) — have shipped. No additional DLC has been announced. The developer continues to communicate actively and the Rebuild remains in progress.
