Tiny House Simulator launched into Early Access on November 5, 2024, developed by a five-person self-funded indie team at FarFromSky. In the months following launch, the developer was consistently active: they posted a community update on November 29, 2024 committing to continued development toward a polished full release, followed by feature updates in December 2024 (fast travel, map improvements), January 2025 (a perks system), and a bug fix patch on February 19, 2025. The team was posting multiple times per month during this period.
However, February 19, 2025 was the last developer communication of any kind. As of today, September 17, 2026, there have been no news posts, patch notes, or announcements in over 19 months. This is a significant departure from the active update cadence the team had established. The game remains in Early Access with a 1.0 release still promised but no indication of when — or whether — it is still being actively worked on. The prolonged silence makes it impossible to confirm that development is continuing.
