Evaluation
Estate Agent Simulator entered Early Access on November 13, 2023 and has been actively expanded ever since. Kiki Games has shipped nine major content updates since launch, adding systems such as farming (December 2023), a hotel and new neighborhood (February 2024), landscape architecture with over 50 garden items (April 2024), a thieves system (May 2024), a camping area (June 2024), and a hunting event system (announced January 2025). Bug fix and feature patches have continued alongside these major releases, with the most recent bug fix patch in September 2024. The developer has maintained a consistent cadence of roughly one major update every one to two months. A January 2025 announcement also teased a future Weapon Shop update, indicating further content is still planned beyond what has already shipped. The developer has not announced a 1.0 release date or indicated that Early Access development is winding down.

Customers are coming! Negotiate and try to get the best offer. Try to deal with reputable clients. When the rent day comes, you have to go to the houses and collect the rent money from the tenants, but some customers may not pay the rent. However, if you have a bank account, the rent money will be deposited into your account. Don't forget to check regularly. If you have a problem with a tenant, you can contact a lawyer and sue or try to collect the rent money in other ways. You can even beat them up!
News Centre You need to keep up with what's happening in the city. Neighbourhood factors affect rental prices. If a new school opens in the city, house rents in the neighbourhood may rise. Don't forget to look at newspaper adverts. You can get news about the city by talking to people. Go for a drink. Maybe it will help you to hear what is being said at the next table.
