However, the last communication specifically addressing this game was a feature patch on December 10, 2022, just one day after launch. Since then, all news posts from developer Team K have been focused exclusively on other titles: Lunar Mirror, Lovelorn Sanatorium III, and Build the Garden of Easden. As of June 21, 2026, there have been no update posts, character additions, or developer communications about To Be or Not to Be for over three years.
The developer made a clear commitment to add more content, but that commitment has gone unacknowledged and unfulfilled in public communications for an extended period.
