Toki Tori 2+ launched on July 11, 2013 and received a handful of patches and feature updates in the months following. Its last meaningful content addition was a major update on July 6, 2016, which added Telepathic Ancient Frog story guidance, new languages, and other enhancements.
Critically, on March 10, 2016, developer Two Tribes publicly announced that their then-upcoming game RIVE would be the studio's final game — they were retiring after more than 15 years. This was reaffirmed in a November 22, 2016 development update, which confirmed that Two Tribes had wound down to just two people with no new projects underway. The studio explicitly stated it was not working on anything new, only committed to supporting RIVE as its final product.
With the studio retired and no further content announced or hinted at for Toki Tori 2+ — and with the last update to the game itself dating back to July 6, 2016 — the game is complete. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no roadmaps, and no ongoing developer communications suggesting anything further is planned.
