Travellin Cats in Paris

Travellin Cats in Paris (formerly Cats Hidden in Paris, renamed in February 2026 due to a trademark dispute) launched on July 16, 2023 as a free-to-play hidden object game. A small Extra Level DLC arrived the very next day (July 17, 2023), and the more substantial Historical Sites DLC — adding three new levels (Notre Dame, Louvre, and Palace of Versailles) and 300 cats — launched on October 14, 2025. Both DLC items are now released. The solo developer, Patrick, is demonstrably active across his entire Travellin Cats catalogue. In December 2024 he published a year-in-review post outlining plans to keep updating existing games with framework improvements (multi-step zoom, background color changes, etc.). In January 2025 he announced the Historical Sites DLC and confirmed intent to bring this game up to the feature standard of his newer releases. The February 2026 rebranding post confirmed the game continues, and the developer also mentioned a new companion app releasing that same week. As recently as July 1, 2026, he posted an announcement for a new Travellin Cats title (Travellin Cats in USA, launching August 24, 2026), showing the studio remains very much active. No specific future DLC for this Paris game has been announced, and the developer has not stated that development on it is finished. Given the developer's consistent pattern of supporting and updating existing titles alongside new releases, and the most recent major content drop occurring on October 14, 2025, the game remains in a state of ongoing support — even if the next update has not yet been announced.
