That seasons update never materialized, and the developer moved on to a series of successor titles instead: Tree Simulator 2021 (announced April 2, 2020), Tree Simulator 2022 (mentioned March 23, 2021), Tree Simulator 2023 (referenced November 21, 2021), and eventually a different game entirely, Nautikin Adventures, which launched to 1.0 on April 15, 2025. The news posts for this game's store page have largely been used by the developer to promote their other projects rather than announce new content for Tree Simulator 2020 itself. No DLC has ever been listed, no roadmap was published, and no developer statement about future content for this specific game has appeared since the vague mention of a "Seasons Pass" in 2019 — which was never followed up on.
