Tree Simulator 2021 is a tongue-in-cheek casual game where you play as a tree. It launched on May 22, 2020 as a complete, self-contained experience — a simple novelty with minimal controls and no post-launch content cycle. The developer's last communication specifically about this game was a November 21, 2021 post calling for final feedback for a separate follow-up title (Tree Simulator 2023). Since then, the developer has moved on to other projects entirely, most notably Nautikin Adventures, which released to Early Access in March 2023, received a major update in May 2024, and reached its 1.0 release in April 2025. All developer activity since late 2021 has been focused on other games. No additional content, patches, or announcements have been made for Tree Simulator 2021, and no unreleased DLC exists. The game launched as a finished product and remains so.
