Trimurti Online

Trimurti Online launched into open beta on February 13, 2024 and remains in Early Access. The game is a free-to-play MMORPG developed by a small self-funded studio, GameOlic Development Studio. The game received a consistent stream of updates through late 2024 and into early 2025 — including a significant engine upgrade from Unreal Engine 5.1 to 5.4, a full inventory system rework, a quest journal overhaul, a weather and day/night cycle system, balance changes, and seasonal events like a Christmas event in December 2024. The most recent Steam post is dated January 29, 2025, describing content and feature additions. However, a developer blog post from November 4, 2024 revealed a serious concern: the studio is entirely self-funded through third-party contract work, and since May 2024 they had received no such contracts. This forced them to reduce operating expenses to a minimum just to keep the servers online. They acknowledged the situation had caused delays and stated they remained committed to the game. Updates did resume after that post, suggesting the immediate crisis did not halt development entirely. That said, the developer has not posted on Steam since January 29, 2025 — a silence of nearly five months as of June 2026 — and the underlying funding vulnerability has not been publicly addressed or resolved in any subsequent communication. The game still has life skills and other features described as being under development in the November 2024 blog post, and there is no developer statement indicating the game is complete or that development has ended. Given the unresolved funding concerns and the extended communication silence, the current state of active development cannot be confirmed.
