Under: Depths of Fear launched on October 26, 2020. Within the first week, the developer shipped a bug fix patch on November 5, 2020 that also added new language support. On January 15, 2021, the developer released the "Deeper Than Fear" update — a substantial content overhaul that added new story sequences across multiple decks, new animations, and additional bug fixes. This is the only major content update in the game's history, and it was framed as a comprehensive rework delivering the game "as we intended." No DLC has been listed, no roadmap or future content has been announced, and there have been no developer communications since January 15, 2021. With no outstanding commitments and no further updates in the years since, the game appears to have launched and reached its finished state with the January 2021 update.
