Union of Gnomes launched into Early Access on July 18, 2024 and graduated to its full 1.0 release on May 29, 2025. The 1.0 launch was a substantial content drop — it added a new final mission ("Snow White's Villa"), 7 new monsters, 3 new bosses, 4 quests, 10 maps, hidden mechanics, cutscenes, and a combat tutorial, as well as a story conclusion. The developer explicitly framed this as the full release of the game, completing the narrative arc against Snow White. Throughout Early Access (July 2024 to May 2025), the developer shipped frequent updates at a consistent pace — two major content drops (the Winter Update in December 2024 and the 1.0 release in May 2025), plus multiple feature patches adding heroes, game modes, cards, and systems. The 1.0 launch itself was positioned as a story conclusion, not as a stepping stone to further paid content. The only DLC listed is an artbook released in July 2024, which is cosmetic/supplemental rather than gameplay content. No unreleased DLC is listed on the store, no roadmap for post-1.0 content has been announced, and the developer has made no statements about future expansions or updates. The August 2024 post mentioning "further content updates" predates the 1.0 launch and was written in the context of Early Access development — those updates were subsequently delivered.
