They confirmed the update is taking longer than expected but provided a detailed preview of new content in active development, including two new characters (Sir Ambrojoe and Big Troubler), new Arcanas, and new Gems. The developer is clearly still working on it and communicating transparently about the delay. Looking further ahead, the June 2026 roadmap also teased a major 2027 content initiative called the "Astral Stair," described as something meaningfully different from the 2026 Challenge Stage model — indicating planned support well into next year.
