Verho - Curse of Faces

Verho - Curse of Faces launched on November 10, 2025 and has received substantial post-launch support from the developer. Since release, the team shipped multiple patches adding new features, balance changes, new languages, and quality-of-life improvements throughout November and December 2025. On January 31, 2026, a major free New Game Plus update was released, adding new weapon and spell variants, new enemy types, mini-bosses, and new achievements. This was followed by a June 7, 2026 announcement that another free content update was on the way, and on July 9, 2026, the developer confirmed that the "Chaos Update" would release on July 30, 2026 — alongside the game's debut on PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. The Chaos Update launched as promised on July 30, 2026, delivering new Randomizer and Hardcore game modes, and bringing the game to all major console platforms. This update fulfilled the previously announced content commitment. Since the Chaos Update's release, the developer has not announced any further planned content, and no unreleased DLC is listed in the store. The only DLC — the official soundtrack — was released on December 16, 2025. With the Chaos Update shipped and no further content commitments communicated, the game appears content-complete as of July 30, 2026. The developer has remained active and the studio has a separate project (Bonehold) in the works, but no additional updates for Verho itself have been announced.
