Void Scrappers

Void Scrappers launched on October 21, 2022 and received a burst of post-launch content updates in its first few months. Three new characters were added in quick succession: Prismatrix (October 30, 2022), Nitro (November 13, 2022), and Olive (December 10, 2022). After that wave, updates shifted to quality-of-life and bug fixes, with the last notable feature patch arriving on May 10, 2023. Since then, the only developer communication was a minor technical maintenance update on December 14, 2025 — and on April 10, 2026, the developer announced the launch of their new game, Skull Horde. The developer (8BitSkull) is a small solo/indie studio, and the new game announcement signals that their focus has moved on. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no announced future content for Void Scrappers, and no post-launch roadmap or season pass. The game shipped as a compact, complete experience and has received no substantive content additions since May 2023. It appears to have launched as a finished product with a short post-launch content burst that has since concluded.
